Allowances are for calls, texts, and mobile internet usage from within the UK to standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, or 03), mobile numbers (starting 07, and not personal numbers), standard international landlines, and mobile numbers in selected countries (see website for details).
Once auto-renewal is cancelled, new customers will be offered the same price and data allowance as existing customers.

Auto-renewal Terms
Your plan is subject to auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned on by default to enable customers to take up the offer price. It will automatically renew once it expires. We will remind you before renewal of your plan to give you the option to cancel. The renewal charges will be deducted from the payment method used for the initial activation.
To cancel auto-renewal, dial *190# and follow the instructions. Once auto-renewal is cancelled, you will no longer benefit from the exclusive offer. Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the offer period expiry date will not be accepted. The discounted price / allowance is valid for the above plans only.
