The £5 price offer is exclusively available for new customers who make their purchase online. To qualify for the discounted price, new customers are required to buy a SIM with the designated plan online and activate the auto-renewal feature. This reduced price will be valid for the initial six-month period. Afterward, the regular price of £10 will be charged. It’s important to note that if the auto-renewal is cancelled or encounters an issue within the first six months of purchase, the £5 price offer will not be applicable, and the full price will be levied.

For existing customers who make their purchase online or through a Retail POS, 20GB plan will be available at the standard price of £10.

The availability of 5G is contingent on the specific handset model and location. Each customer is eligible for one plan per 30-day period.

Offer Terms are effective from August 28, 2023, until September 30, 2023.

Auto-renewal Terms

Your plan is subject to auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned on by default to enable customers to take up the offer price. It will automatically renew once it expires. We will remind you before renewal of your plan to give you the option to cancel. The renewal charges will be deducted from the payment method used for the initial activation.

To cancel auto-renewal, dial *190# and follow the instructions. Once auto-renewal is cancelled, you will no longer benefit from the exclusive offer. Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the offer period expiry date will not be accepted. The discounted price / allowance is valid for the above plans only.
