In case the customer fails to renew their plan, the Extra 20GB Bonus data will no longer be available. Instead, the customer will receive 100GB of data on subsequent renewals. The Extra 20GB Bonus data is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider and may be subject to change or termination without prior notice. The service provider reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to disqualify any individual who does not comply with these terms and conditions. The service provider is not responsible for any technical issues or network failures that may prevent the customer from receiving or using the Extra 20GB Bonus data. The customer agrees to use the Extra 20GB Bonus data in accordance with the service provider’s fair usage policy and any applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the service provider operates. Auto-renewal Terms

Your plan is subject to auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned on by default to enable customers to take up the offer price. It will automatically renew once it expires. We will remind you before renewal of your plan to give you the option to cancel. The renewal charges will be deducted from the payment method used for the initial activation.

To cancel auto-renewal, dial *190# and follow the instructions. Once auto-renewal is cancelled, you will no longer benefit from the exclusive offer. Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the offer period expiry date will not be accepted. The discounted price / allowance is valid for the above plans only.

Fair Usage Policy and Important Information

Service may be suspended/terminated if used in violation of Acceptable Use Policy. Plans, rates and services are subject to change without notice and are not available in all locations or for all phones
